Memoirs of a Sailor
Operetta
24 April - 2 May, 2019
Producing services for an operetta presented in the National Theatre.
Set in Kuwait’s pre-oil past, Memoirs of a Sailor tells the story of a young man who fantasizes about taking part in the annual pearl diving expedition on his uncle’s boat, but who learns the hard way about the very real dangers of life at sea. Inspired by the writings of Mohammed Al-Fayez and the music of Ghannam Al-Deikan.
